Grapes Varieties: 50% Chardonnay Grand Cru Chouilly, 50% Pinot Noir Grand Cru AyDelicate nose of red apple, pear peel,kumquat, quince, fresh almond and ripe grapefruit. After some time in the glass a haze of bakery yeasts, redcurrant and honeysuckle shine through.The mouthfeel is light and creamy. On the palate we get honeyed apple, grapefruit, gingery spiciness and malty flavors along with nicely integrated citrus acidity. On the finish: ripe citrus lingers with a light toasties.
