| Conditions |
- Price includes fix wooden support stand with bucket.
- Free delivery service within Hong Kong Island and Kowloon area. Delivery charge of $350 for New Territories and Sai Kung. Sorry that we are unable to provide service to remote islands.
- Free delivery service is limited to locations with vehicle access (no further than 30 feet step from the vehicle) and reachable by elevator. Otherwise $50 will be charged for every 10 staircases and $50 for every 30 feet step of walking distance.
- Additional $350 disposal charge if final disposal is needed.
- Deliveries will commence between 1 –18 December.
- Upon accept the delivery, members are deemed as agreed with the tree’s condition. Any problems/issues must be notified the office within two working days.
- Change of delivery information, postpone or rescheduling delivery, must be notified to the office within one working day.
- Free delivery service FCC has no responsibility on any damages or liabilities made during the process of and after delivery.
- If free delivery service is unable to deliver the tree due to irrelevant delivery information or no answering at the delivery address, the second delivery is needed in result, a delivery charge will be applied (HK$280 for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, HK$350 for New Territories).
- No cancellation or alteration on orders will be accepted after14 November 2016.
- An order number will be provided via email upon receipt each order. If you do not receive it before the order deadline, please contact the Purchasing Department at Tel: 2521 1708 or email to [email protected].
- Order will be placed under regular price after the early bird order deadline.
- FCC has no responsibility on any damages or liabilities made during the process of and after delivery.
- The amount shown above will charge to your FCC membership account in NOVEMBER 2016 while the additional charge will charge in DECEMBER 2016.
