Bob Pozen will analyze the global forces behind the recent financial crisis, and suggest ways to prevent another one. He will evaluate proposals to limit the doctrine of too big to fail, restrict executive compensation and redesign capital requirements for banks. He will discuss personal savings trends in the US and its ability to control budget deficits. He will also discuss China's efforts to diversify away from the US dollar and to generate more internal consumption.

Mr. Pozen is chairman of MFS Investment Management, which manages almost $200 billion for mutual funds and pension plans. He also is a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School and author of the acclaimed book "Too Big To Save? How to Fix the Financial System". He previously was vice chairman of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of the SEC Advisory Committee on Financial Reporting. In addition, he has served as Secretary of Economic Affairs for Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and a member of the Presidential Commission to Reform Social Security.
