Anson works in the main dining room and his job is to make the service run smoothly. He worked at the Intercontinental hotel before joining the FCC.

When he’s not dashing about the restaurant he’s either playing computer games or shopping with his wife. Anson’s favourite food in the world is Wagyu beef from Japan, and he will often choose the rack of lamb with mint sauce from the FCC menu.
