PANEL
Wednesday, March 9, 2022

On 24 February 2022, Russia launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine. With tens of thousands fleeing the country and Russian President Vladimir Putin heightening the tension in Europe by putting his nuclear forces on high alert amid tightening sanctions by the West, the world faces a profound humanitarian and economic crisis. How might this crisis end? What role is China playing on the diplomatic stage? And how can the media rise to the challenge of disinformation and censorship? Moderated by FCC President Keith Richburg.
