F.C.C. may have lost the debate last year to the award-winning Hong Kong Schools Debating & Public Speaking Community, but we have sharpened our debating skills and intend to reclaim the trophy!

How will our team of F.C.C. veterans — Claudia Mo, Mike Rowse and Tom Holland — fare against the students of the HKSDC? The students are focusing all their energy on this year’s challenge, their last debate as a team before they graduate.

The topic of debate: “This House supports Occupy Central as a way to press for universal suffrage.” It is a challenging and relevant topic, one that will be defended and attacked as an exercise of debate!
