Lou Ferrara is a Vice President and Managing Editor at the AP. He oversees sports, entertainment and business news as well as the company’s social media efforts and recently announced automation initiative. Since joining the AP in 2005, he has helped lead the news outlet’s digital transformation. Most recently, he announced plans to automate the writing of corporate earnings reports for the AP services.
