Hong Kong’s residential market has rebounded sharply, up nearly 10% since March. The government’s cooling measures does not appear to be working. The speaker shared his outlook of the property market and potential policy responses from the government.

He is also author of The Churchouse Letter, a monthly financial investment newsletter, and serves as a non-executive director for major listed local and mainland real estate companies.
