Michael D’Arcy is Minister of State at Ireland’s Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, with special responsibility for Financial Services and Insurance. He was appointed in June 2017. He has been a Member of Parliament or Teachta Dála since 2016 and also from 2007 to 2011. He served as a Senator from 2011 to 2016.
