Dear members,

Thank you for your overwhelmingly enthusiastic response to the last membership survey. Nearly 800 of you took the time to share your thoughts.

We, at the Food & Beverage Committee, have been poring over your responses. You told us the Indian cuisine is a stand-out favourite. And we agree.

Next week, the FCC will be launching a weekly Indian Buffet Dinner at Bert’s Bar on Wednesday nights.

There will be curries, of course, and so much more: savoury starters, tandoori delights and even a lamb carving station.

The dinner buffet will be value priced at HK$250.

And for the month of April, the management has kindly agreed to include a free welcome drink, either a standard house pour or a luscious, creamy Indian lassi made from scratch by our talented bar staff.

Bert’s Bar will be exclusively serving the Indian buffet during the hours of this promotion.

Bookings can be made until 2000. The buffet will be served from 1830 to 2130.
